The switch operates an outside light ,Hallway Light and two way landing light I want to change to new socket but the set up is different in the old switch . I was hoping to copy from the old switch but am stuck any help on what wires go where on new switch would be helpful I attach three pics two of old one of new

Just look at the 3 switches as 3 separate devices, noting the the middle switch is upside down.
Common on top and L1, L2 bottom.

Be aware that there is no connection between the landing 2 way and the other 2 switches. It may be on a different circuit.
Also you will need an earth wire between the metal back box and the metal switch

Just follow the labels (L1 to L1, Com to Com, etc)
