yeah, but they obviously don't care how, so I suggest solarsavings just CT1s some decent looking panels to the roof, hangs the cable down loose, leans the inverter against the wall and shoves a wire in to the suppliers meter, then buggers off leaving the customer to post a thread on here asking if this is right or not.

Out of interest - are there many leads coming through the lead generators at the minute?

They have mainly been for the repair of solar thermal systems and one for the the repair of a pv system a couple of days ago. One of the guys who occasionally posts on the forum buys in leads from several places told me he's had nothing for weeks.

In a strange way that's sort of reassuring because there's obviously nothing at all going on at the minute, so it's not my marketing. I think it's going to be a case of how much cash you have in the bank to keep going until things pick up.

The sooner the lead generators go bust the better IMO, all they do is crowd the top of the google search rankings, preventing customers from actually finding their local installers directly, then charge those same local installers for the service, plus forcing up the cost of adwords, and the need for installers to even use adwords.

Bought property, banks crashed and house prices decrease, bought Spanish apartment about 6 years ago - Spain crashing, extended from renewable and energy efficiency advice into installing solar pv ....... would anyone like to know what we're considering next so you can avoid it like the plague!!!!!
