cheapest kit

I'm looking for a budget kit for customer only interested in cheapest price. I know pvkits usually have some fairly decent kit for around £3000 for 4KW
Has Anyone else found any half decent 4kw kits for £3000 or under? I won't fit complete rubbish but the likes of ET solar are still a decent panel (have them on my own house)
Would be interested if there are any decent deals about at the moment?

We have some ET 195W that are "to clear". We can supply a 3.9kW kit at around £3100 if of interest. This would be using a SolarMax inverter. To get below £3000 you need to use a Chinese inverter which we don't currently sell.

Solar Energy Centre in Buckinghamshire did have stock of sub 250w Tianwei panels they were knocking out at 40 something p. These are not tier one, but should be OK. If he hasn't retired the man who runs the place is Derek Harper.

@SolarCity they are priced to clear at 50p/W, we have 4kW worth left (plus a few spares we will keep back for any replacements in future).
@GavinA Yes they are the 1580 X 808mm type, we have been sat on them for a while now, everything has shifted to the 250W size, so they have become slow sellers. I've never really understood why as they are very efficient, fit on awkward roofs more easily and are more robust. I think Joe Public has the perception that a 250W module must be better as it has a bigger number on it!
