Evening Guys, has anyone on here got a template to record my monthly MF tester results on?

When I do go to the downloads on NICEIC all i get is this "Test Instrument Accuracy Record (summary)
Wrong sheet

that's the one i use - just printed off, scanned into computer cleaned up using picture editor - use 2 sheets per year for each function but planning to make into one table to cover all

Excuse me for being a bit ignorant but is this something that has to be done? I thought you only had to have a yearly calibration???

The yearly calibration, yes. But testing your mft yourself on a monthly (whatever) basis gives you a check on whether it's starting to wander off course too much. Most of the schemes (scams) like to see these. Shows you are an avid record keeper!!

You do not have to have a yearly calibration, i have had my meter for four years now and have not had it done, each month i do my checks and log them, they have not varied much at all so what is the point of having it calibrated? My inspector is happy then so am i.
