Could be and a very sad outcome if it was. Sad outcome whatever the cause.

Wandering off topic a wee bit....
We've been victims a few times.
A tale I maybe shouldn't tell........
As a manufacturer we abide by the WEEE directive.
Our local QA guy is responsible for administering it.
So we had a WEEE container outside in a corner of the car park and a designated disposal contractor.
Except that contractor never had anything to dispose of. The pyklies made off with it all.

With a few nudges from myself and others, the cheap skate QA guy accepted that this was not a terribly responsible way of managing our ISO 14001 policy and has since moved bins inside the building.

On the late local news looks like Electricity North West have been digging up the pavement outside the school

Be nice to find out what exactly happened here. Can't see a newspaper giving out full technical details though unfortunately. Broken neutral/ fence potential rising?? Daz

Local news did report that the teacher and kids taken to hospital had all been sent home OK and that Electricity North West and HSE were investigating
