For me it's all about Boxing day breakfast in bed which consists of a bottle of baileys and a box of thorntons continental choccies

LOL I'm NI born n rared, it used to be about boxing day for me - primarily cos of the footy, and the fact the pubs were open.

Cold Ham, Turkey, some Salad, pickles, Branston and some cold beer, followed by a humongous slug of good Malt

Mashed swede with full fat butter and a sprinkling of black pepper. Freshly cooked or warmed up, always goes down well

I know available all year round, but we only eat at Christmas. Sprouts, love them, could eat a plate of them, not sure why we only have at Christmas.

I agree, at Christmas we cook them with chestnuts and bacon as well, extra nice.

I have a couple of bottles on the go too. First time doing it..... Its a bit tart yet but I'm going to sweeten it before drinking.

Pigs in Blankets are a treat as well, as is Mince pies, chestnuts, cherry brandy, cheese boards, christmas pudding, we usually have a selection of cold meats on Boxing day as well which is also nice.

Love pigs in blankets ! Ill try and make this one of the years I dont forget them and leave them in the freezer. Lol. I have a 50/50 chance.
