Hello everybody! I just wanted to ask, what would be the best practise to run circuits for white goods?
In my plan what i see is:
1. Fridge & Freezer 20 amp RCBO radial wired with 2.5mm
2.Washing machine 20 amp MCB Radial 2.5mm
3. dish washer 20 amp mcb radial with 2.5mm
4. Washing machine and dish washer 32 amp mcb wired 2.5mm ring final.

Please advice what is the best practise to do it? would it be too much having dish washer and washing machine on separate circuits or just wire them both on ring final?

Also advice me please with mcb sizes if i am correct about radials. As far as i rememmber from regs maximum mcb rating for radial is 16amp.

Thank you

I seems a lot of circuits for a kitchen. What about general sockets for kettle, toaster, etc?
In general, diversity has a big say in final loading, taking into consideration what's going to be used regularly at the same time.
Unless it's an outsize kitchen, one RFC and, maybe the odd radial, would be my option.
How big is the house and how big a CU do you want?

I tried the grid switch route with neons to indicate they were on, the switch's where engraved with the function of each circuit, but in the end it became too busy inside the 35mm back box and I resorted to radial circuits for each appliance, this was in France where radials are the norm, in the UK I run all of the white goods off an RFC, sockets in the back of a tray space so no need for switches above the worktop.

But if you must:
