No they definitely meant days. I made a point of getting the date for this very reasonI've been almost onto my next year of college waiting for certificates to come. I can't believe they've quoted 7-10 days, do they mean weeks?

I know mate that’s what I’m being told, but my training provider are not playing ball either. Hence why it’s so frustrating. Both sides are not being cooperative in the slightest.Anyone with access to the C&G system can print you off a copy of your result, just not the certificate.

Thats awful, maybe its a blessing in disguise if they cant see you have passed it but just waiting for a certificate which tells them exactly the same thing.No mate. As I said if that were the case I wouldn’t be on here complaining
