Evening, I have a query, the job is a renovation of a concrete building into high end properties, the concrete is being maintained in its normal state and forms a kind of skeleton. In the apertures that are formed it is either cladded or formed for windows, every single aperture framework is essentially freestanding and not connected together and just fixed to the concrete reveals, my question is, bond or no bond? Cheers.

I would dispute that statement !
it may not be a good conductor,
but it does indeed conduct,
especially if there is some moisture in it.
And concrete sucks up moisture really well.
And the metal reo probably pays a part too.
