Im a big fan of collecting vintage testers and tools.
anyhow i'm creating a museum exibit of vintage testers and once they are all together i will probably donate them to the museum.
a while back i posted a vintage analog multi meter and here are two of the latest ive aquired.
a vintage GE ammeter (1930-1940 era and a ge linemans split core induction clamp around the same age)

I just love those old machines! I also have a collection of clocks old spring and weight driven ones. I am not allowed to have them all working as the noise of the chimes drives everyone crazy. As a kid I used to find the clocks at jumble sales and take them completely apart and rebuild them. Learnt how not to get hurt by the springs! Absolutely fascinated by all those things.
 
I assume the person who disagreed with me sits in the bath all lathered up with the MEGA leads attached to his nipples and gets the missus t wind it up as fast as possible.
some ppl. just ain't got a sense of humour. he is from Cumbria, the last post of civilisation before the sweaty socks invade, so allowances may be made.
 
Are you buying them or are you wanting donations I am asking because my old ones are begging for a new home at the right price
I had a beautiful old biddle with an oak case i had just refinished but it was stolen from my work bench! Im here in the USA and Im surprised you chaps didnt hear me cussing all the way over there.
anyhow Im retired and on fixed income so i have to be prudent in what i spend.
