No, but even ignoring them for now, I have a 3-phase load of 221A. Most DBs I've seen have a 125A main switch.

Both MEM and Schneider make a higher current DB.
The Schneider Boards are 250A as standard, you just got the size of incomes you need to suit your requirements
 
Sounds very similar to the 2365 task A or B (think it's B).

I think the advice given to me was not to overcomplicated it, just keep it simple, if memory serves me correctly it wasn't actually looking for you to go and source equipment so it's just the theoretical "what could be used" type question! I'm sure I also installed a smaller consumer unit in the compressor room.
