coloured filters for halogen outdoor lights

hi, does anyone know where i can get a coloured filter for standard halogen outdoor floodlamp.

do you mean a GU10? no such thing as a standard., best chance would be a camera shop, coloured glass filter, to withstand the heat.

If you're after a cheap option you could try your local disco shop.

You may find that coloured gel may not last too long on hotter running lamps and burns clear with the heat in time.
If your only using the old 500watt type fittings it may be better to change the fitting to 70watt halide as you can get coloured lamps for them and last 10 times longer.
