Can we use the armour of SWA as the CPC?
Hopefully it isn't being used that way on the incomer.... gland looks at a bit of an angle so won't be secure.

And as for the 3 outgoing....

POETS day last-job-Friday-afternoon thing or what? I mean, they haven't even cable-tied the third one lol
Or put a wrap of stripey tape.

Simon.

Looks like 3phase supply going through 3 phase meters then splitting offto single phase meters then to a 100A cut out switch looks fine until you see the SWAs thought they would have been terminated into a metal junction box and the DI cables going to the cut out switch plus I see no earthing.

Theres one earthing cable (yellow/Green cable) running only to the Main box case. Nothing to the individual meters - is an earth required on these as they are plastic casing.

Apart from the obvious free floating SWA glands, looks to me like the Br/Gy cores are going to the 2 pole isolators, these should be double insulated or boxed, the Greys should be sleeved blue, the Blacks could do with G/Y sleeving instead a crappy piece of tape (assuming they're the CPCs).
The armour itself may not be earthed (possibly at the other end).

1 incomming swa gland doesnt look well made
2 ty wrapped swa to out going cables placing strain on the connections
3 in conning/out going from isolaters upside down
4 swa out going not earthed
5 swa out going not protected by fuse other than in main switch fuse
6 single insullated cables hanging about in mid air
7 out going swas tywrapped to cables causing strain
8 prefer sleeving along full length of black used as earth ( at least you never used the grey 0
9 no marking of grey used as neutral conductor again prefer sleeving along full legth
10 only "danger of death" notice there dont appear to be any 400v lables or indication that 400v is present altho this may not be in photty
