One or two problems here i think

Thought about running a 6x6 galv trunking as low as possible to gland into then, fit a KMF on top of the trunk for each meter and tail out in 25mm double insulated and maybe a Henley block for the cpcs.Does this make sense?

The isolators are DNO property so would have to stay.I assume the submains would require fuse protection on the consumer side

N POWER and UK Power Net too Fed from Bottom. And i believe the british gas too. not see one yet with fed from top.

Absolutely.

How long are those sub-mains???

The DNO rule of thumb is 3M before you need to offer additional overcurrent protection as they will not guarantee reliance on their service fuse.
