Thought about running a 6x6 galv trunking as low as possible to gland into then, fit a KMF on top of the trunk for each meter and tail out in 25mm double insulated and maybe a Henley block for the cpcs.Does this make sense?
 
To my mind each isolator should be replaced with a switch fuse unit. The SWA’s need terminating properly.
How the hell you do it in the space available I don’t know.
The isolators are DNO property so would have to stay.I assume the submains would require fuse protection on the consumer side

Absolutely.

How long are those sub-mains???

The DNO rule of thumb is 3M before you need to offer additional overcurrent protection as they will not guarantee reliance on their service fuse.
