How do you number a DB ?
is there a "universal" way to do it?

ie 1L1L2L3 2L1L2L3 ....... running down the db

or 1L1LL2L3 2 L1L2L3 1being left and 2 being on the right Odds down the left and evens down the right

what about odds on the left up from the main switch there appears to be no mention in the regs and every one seems to use a different system

Opps pressed wrong button what a numpty brains just not in gear today
i did it this way and labeled all sockets and switches to the circuit it was dedicated too
it had to be easy for the customer to understand using all the phase id is ok for us sparks but means nothing to the customer
so simple 1 to 36 each circuit had a coloured dot per phase so it can be easily identified
