Have a cafe job to price this week, il get look tomorrow maybe.. 2000 sq ft..

I don't think he is going to go with steel pipe so nearly all my circuits is going to need rcd protection . I know there's roughly going to be 5-6 3 phase machines , and maybe 16 single phase circuits

im going to install 2x 8 way 3phase boards side by side , one board for 3 phase equipment with and up front rcd . The second board = 24 ways using Rcbos for single phase final circuits .

Does this sound the way Togo , il listen to how you would do it. Thx

big length of trunking straight down one side

for the 3 phase equipment i'd be looking at 5 core pvc cable either clipped direct or on steel basket in the ceiling space with surface fixed pvc conduit drops to isolator switch points , and IP rated units near wash stations / food prep areas.

The amount of gadgets threse places gather up I'm doin ,4mm radials 4 double sockets max in serving counter / kitchen area .... Per circuit...

what size of 3 ph boards can you get. Many ways . Might only need one board now and a 6 way board around entrance for future works...

Put all of the 3phase on commandos close to the ceiling run on SWA, You should only need one bigger board, keep the costs down, just RCBO the Socket outlets, run the cables in 25mm conduit low level and stab up behind the counters, units etc.

Depending on the ceiling type and installation method you may get away with no RCBO's on the lighting.

High tower I prefer to use the isolator sockets , I can't picture you view with commando sockets at ceiling.. Are you saying mount a commando at top then like extension lead to isolator socket???? Which then can Be moved at any time only leaving commando at ceiling height,,

it could work but again depends on his finished look
