What ever you do, do not use NVC lighting - they are a nightmare
I wouldn't recommend NVC myself either. Carp.
Steinel are good but pricey as you say. Have a look at ansel.
Get your wholesaler to do the hard work for you, tell them what you want and get them send over prices and details.
A product so bad CEF didn't want to keep it and YES now have it lol!just googled them, are they that bad then?
got a whole estate that was client specified firstly the fittings are shallow with the control gear centered and the cable entry centred, trying to work in 2 t and e cables was a bloomin nightmare, after install have had nothing but nightmares with the sensors, whatever you like the look of buy 1 and look at the install possibilities as well as the performance.
