looking for opinions on decent communal light fittings for hallways/stairwells in blocks of flats with built in sensor.
I like the Steinel 1m-8m Reach RS 100 L Round Sensor Light, just a bit on the pricey side though (some places want around ÂŁ100 each)

I wouldn't recommend NVC myself either. Carp.

Steinel are good but pricey as you say. Have a look at ansel.

Get your wholesaler to do the hard work for you, tell them what you want and get them send over prices and details.

Yeah I've got them on the case just wanted a few opinions as don't want to end up with tat. You know what they can be like sometimes if they have a good margin on a particular range etc.

got a whole estate that was client specified firstly the fittings are shallow with the control gear centered and the cable entry centred, trying to work in 2 t and e cables was a bloomin nightmare, after install have had nothing but nightmares with the sensors, whatever you like the look of buy 1 and look at the install possibilities as well as the performance.

Never have come across a decent sensor that lasts more than a year, we avoid such systems like the plague!!
