had a few problems in the past that had nearly finished me a couple of times but i managed to keep going still not fully recovered from some but the worst of them are behind me, anyway when i did have a bailiff turn up at the door for some money i had a chat with the woman about the situation.
i asked hypothetically speaking if i did not own anything instead my wife owned it all in her name,
this was acceptable with her as long as i had paid my wife & i had a letter to state that i had sold everything i owned to her.
also i said if i had some money but not all what would happen they would take what i had to offer & come back & collect more.
bit of a **** situation but i wish you the best
