Company name advice

Iv been thinking of company names recently. I thought of one but its taken Just need to know if i add electrical contactors or services to the name is that still a breach of copyright?

Are you going limited company or sole trader..?

If sole trader you can call yourself what you want.
Its only when going limited and having to go through companies house that it all gets complicated.

The only other thing to factor in is the confusion aspect if the other company is in the same part of the world as you.. You dont want to get confused with their shoddy work, do you..!
