Completed EICR on flat within block building,
Suppliers set up is as follows

Within switch room
Service head
Meter
Main iso
2 core concentric cable up to flat 10 meters away
Secondary service head TN-CS
Consumers DB

Im not really sure where the suppliers/ consumers wiring starts/ends with suppliers equipment in Both the switch room and flat.
To me anything after the meter should be wired in accordance with BS7671 which it currently isn't, unless the secondary service head counts.
Thoughts?
