Can anyone tell me if tick boxes 6.0 - 8.0 is related to domestic property's

I think a bit more info is needed here.
What sheets are you using for starters ? The ones I use for example do not have a section 8.0 lol.

Section 8 on mine are location containing bath or shower

so youre not using the IET format that only has 7 sections then ?.............
give us a bit of a clue.

Niceic DPN5 Domestic Electrical Installation Condition Report has section 6.0-8.0 and yes they do relate to domestic
section 6.0 is isolation and switching
section 7.0 is current using equipment, includes down lighters
section 8.0 covers location contains bath or shower
