Still going to need a vice anyway.
if its for a one off job hire station 20 quid a week for hilmar vice/bender

I think what you have pictured is an American hand bender for EMT conduit. I doubt it would be good enough for our conduit. Also, as mentioned, how would you thread it?

I have seen these benders in the wholesalers, but not really paid much attention..
i just got the pic from Internet ... Wasn't sure if it was us or uk... Might be uuseful for adjustments after threading?

Agreed, but would add Irwin to that list. That said, I have a feeling that Irwin is Record under another name.

Already got a hilmore....... Starting a new site tomorrow
(Refurb 1950 1960 building)A fair bit of galv conduit to do...thought it might be useful ...I didn't want to drag the bender around the site..ever used one?
