Conduit question for solar DC cables

Hi...Can I put solar DC cables and grounding cable in one conduit together or I have to run for earth separate conduit. Also what conduit would you recommend, size? Can I use black flexible conduit.

Black flexible conduit is fine and there is no problem with combining the earthing/bonding cables in the same conduit as the DC cables.
