Confused with type of cable

Hello all, i haven't posed in a while, and I hope you are in the best of health!! Anyways I'm doing a eicr for a domestic property and I ve come across a type of cable that I ve never seen before so don't really know how to code it, if if to code it, I mean initially it looked like some sort of sleeving similar to shotgun cable (cctv) but after further investigation it's actually the sleeve of the cable, so some sockets and some lights are ran in it, how would I treat this install, or how would write it down on the report

Looks like some kind of modular system tried out in the 70s. Are they all just single barrel or do some have more than one?

The picture is not clear on the laptop I am using to view this and the MP4's listed are coming up as not found.

Westward notes the modular wiring that was used extensively in the 70's and indeed the 80's. I know NORWEB rewired large amounts of converted social housing using this wiring system.
All came pre-wired as a wiring system ready to be installed.

You are making a report. I take it someone is paying for such and the report will form the basis of a decision to be made.
Therefore the correct approach, dare I say the professional approach, is if you are not familiar with what you are seeing then you should not be making that report. No shame in stating as such and then handing the inspection over to someone with suitable experience. To ask someone on the basis of a single [unclear] picture how you would record this is not the way.
