Hi Guys New guy here can someone advise me what is the maximum earth continuity reading allowable on a lighting circuit which is protected by a 5 amp fuse and has about 100 mts of 1.5mm T&E utilised

you mean max ZS????

and im assuming by 5a you have BS 1361 fuses

it is 10.45 ohms


or if its BS 3036 fuses

it is 9.58 ohms

you should check the voltage drop too especially upto 100 m

VD should be OK. Maximum length on 5A 1361/3036 is 108m (load distributed) (Table 7.1 OSG)
