Hi,

I need some clarification,

When changing a consumer unit only,
the forms to be filled in are electrical installation certificate, schedule of test results, and schedule of inspections,

my question is on the Schedule of inspection - that will only be with regards to the consumer unit installation its self, rather than any other part of the existing installation,

I will be doing a PIR before hand on the house,

thanks in advance

That is correct, but you would still need to check bonding etc., is in place and if not rectify it along with the board change. See reg 131.8.... :)
