you cant issue a EIC for the rest of the install... you didint install it!

If you change a CU you have to test all the circuits and enter the results onto the test schedule, how can you not be taking responsibilty for the circuits. If this was the case only the original spark could change the CU and issue an electrical installation cert. Happy days

think you are getting a bit confused there. if you change a cu, an eic is issued with all the readings entered and accompanied by a schedule of inspections and a schedule of test resultsaahh yes, i do agree that the whole install should be tested, but would have to be on a periodic and not a EIC...
