just thought. if it's an upfront RCD, that won't work.
 
As a solution I'd run in a new dedicated circuit for the offices with a clean earth. Should sort out any issues and get them PCs back up and running
 
A 'Clean Earth' is mainly to prevent noise issues, rather than to prevent tripping due to high leakage. Daz
