Again not how I see it, I think the relay contacts and O/L are in series between A2 & N. So the relay is only following the stat.

Wow ok guys great, so am I right in thinking that the neutral runs across the overload NC (95 +96), to a NC on the relay which is held open by the stat powering the relay coil as it's under the temp it's set to, when it gets too hot the stat switch opens which de energises the relay coil closes the NC connections on the relay finishing the supply to the main contactor coil at A2?
