Hi all,
Trying to get my head around contractors. I get the theory but not sure when it comes to actually wiring the thing up.

So...three Phase lighting circuit using a contractor wired in singles. One light on each phase with all lights controlled by the same two way switching.

Where I get confused is the control circuit. Firstly, would you just link from one pole on the supply side of the contactor to common of first switch, then A1 is switched live and A2 is neutral back to DB?

Hope this makes sense

Thanks in advance

only do it that way if the coil voltage is the same as the supply to the load. you could have 230V lights but use a separate 12V/24V or 110V supply for energising the coil.
