So , just did a job for a friend new kitchen re-wire plus rewired the boiler and immersion to new locations
And thought I would try a different cheapo brand as I usually use LAP but fancied a change so used this

not too shabby for the price

I like Contactum consumer units, never had an issue with them at all.

For faceplates I use Click, wouldn't have LAP near me - just recently has to take all LAP out of a kitchen as one by one they started to go faulty and the homeowner had had enough.

Started fitting contactum when I can’t get fusebox and to be honest I really like em 👍🏻…..will try the accessories now as well 😁

I would put them just above other budget brands like LAP and Axiom ( Tool station own brand contractor range ) , the Contactrum sockets and switches are a bit more chunky / feel a bit better quality

Good solid brand. Just tried wiring a house with the new MK lever sockets. Not bad at all. Makes it easier on a lot of levels.
i have only used these a couple times where replacing an awkward to reach socket like in the back of a kitchen unit , and boy oh boy do they make it easier. Just line up the cables and flick down the levers. No faffing about trying to wind down screws while laying head first in a kitchen unit anymore.
