Contract Manager Wanted

Hi guys,

Thought I would see who's out there in the way of contract managers.

I have a small company based in Cornhill, London with 10 electricians working for me.

Pay would be between £25k - £35k per year, PAYE only.

I am looking for someone who can join us full time who has the following skill sets and attributes:

1. Computer literate
2. Well presented
3. Ability to run projects
4. Ability to quantify jobs and meet clients
5. Must have experience in the electrical industry
6. Able to travel into London every day

Although we are a very professional company I feel we have a good working environment and can offer the right person a great long term career.

Job roles will include:

1. Dealing with technical queries from the electricians
2. Emailing clients
3. Ordering materials
4. Snagging jobs and ensuring high finishing standards
5. Site visits ensuring sites are running well
6. Looking at new projects (quantify and gather info ready for pricing)
7. Attending site meetings
