I am refurbing an old BMS control panel the panel is about 15 years old and had Satchwell controls in, I am now fitting Trend I have been told that the controls/ panel never really worked. I have got half way through the refurb and I have a problem with the 0-10 volt signals, they seem to do what they want but not all the time. The cable is the existing cable and os screened where necessary. The 24 volts on the secondary side of the transformer has the o volts grounded as normal. I have 240 volts to earth -ok and 24 volts to earth-ok. on the Neutral to earth I have 0.3 volts to earth, on the secondary side of the transformer I have 0.3 volts to earth could this be a problem?
The panel is in a hospital with a mobile C.T scanner parked out side in a lorry it looks as if the power for this comes from the hospital. Could this be the problem, can a C.T scanner cause interference with certain a
electrical items?
Any kind of help or pointers would be good as I am lost

Is the trend unit properly programmed ?

Are you on about inputs or outputs from the trend (0-10Vdc)

Whats the sensor (0-10V) make and model ?

Yes the Trend is programmed and I'm in the process of commissioning it, it is not a programming issue. The problems are the outputs to the 2RM's and the inputs from the 4DIX's. The 0-10volts to the valve actuators seem to be ok

It is highly unlikely you are getting the sensation of electricity. The pan is isolated from the induction coil by the glass top, any voltage...
