Am I right in applying diversity and the two appliances sharing the same supply.

32A MCB to 6mm T/E ( assuming not run through a load of itchy-poo) to 45A isolator to dual (or 2 separate) CCU, 1 to hob, 1 to oven job done get paid ..next.

What about the case where the oven comes with a 13amp plug on the end?

Chop the plug off and proceed as normal, a 13A plug on a fixed appliance not subject to overload is just an unnecessary potential point of failure.

yhat adds up to 10,100kW. you'd need Wylfa Nuclear Power Station to run that.
