Went out to a house who said their cooker needs connecting up, connected it all up checked there was voltage going to the point and it was all fine just the cooker wasn't working, didn't have anything on me as it was a private and thought it would be a 5 min job. Got a text saying comet said there's only 120V going to it can I go around, I've never dealt with this problem before and could somebody recommend what I should do going to take a tester but am uncertain on this problem. Many thanks

Went to connect a cooker but Oh Dear I’ve forgotten my screwdriver. It amounts to the same thing! I’ll bet you’d struggle if the battery went flat in the driver.

I think I may come out of retirement and go in to insurance damage assessment, I can see business BOOMING!

One thing i am sick of seeing n all is folk trying to terminate cables where the ends are all knackered just because they cant be bothered to strip it so when they try to terminate it just cracks or flakes away.... My words to them is if in doubt get it made off again back to new......do it right.....
