I have 18V Makita Li Ion. It's really useful for quick jobs like cutting off padlock when customer has lost his key and grinding the heads off seized-up screws. Best if you use it as part of a tool 'system' with a few spare batteries as it'll only last a few minutes on one battery. For longer jobs, use a mains one.
I prefer the reciprocating saw for disposal of the cowboy clampers myself................ and for the removal of Cowboy Clampers wheel clamps.
