A couple of observations.
Yes, high integrity earthing. Done properly needs great care to ensure that there is no point where both legs share one terminal. So sockets with two earth terminalso, and the ends of the ring in different terminals in the DB/CU.
As mentioned, relatively easy on an RFC.

For a radial circuit, one option is as described - run another CPC back to the CU. An alternative is to link the ends of two radials to achieve the same effect with (depending on typology) less cable.

As well as high integrity earthing, it will lower r2 - so potential for fixing a circuit that's marginally out of spec.
I hope not on the same breaker.
