The supply to a 40 room apartment installation in Thailand has a 3 phase and neutral supply and no earth conductor.
All the wiring including CPC and equipotential bonding is being done to UK standards.
Rather than having a TT system, using earth electrodes in my case re-bar of the buildings which has been continuity tested and all building bonded together. Change this to a TN-C system.
PME connections are on the supply side of an installation. By connecting the main earth cable to the neutral in the HDPE conduit 10 times along a 50m length will this satisfy the requirement that neutrals and PME be joined at multiple places?
