Any reason why 6x1.5 mm singles within 20mm plastic cinduit on surface shouldnt be used for a 3kw load. Length if run is about 6 metres. Fused a 13a via sf spur.

Is this a 3-phase load or are you talking about paralleling up the singles for supplying a single live and a neutral?

Single phase. Its controling a 3kw fan heater.
There are 4 lives (single phase controls via stat and override etc) 1 neutral and 1 cpc total of six cores

With a single phase fan I'd be worried about the volt drop on start up. If it's only 6 meters in conduit can't you just pull some 2.5mm singles though instead?

I had some 1.5 in the van but I think I will pick some 2.5 up in the morning jst so I know for sure it will be ok.

When calculating cable sizes for motors you do not take into account starting current, only running current.
