dont have O.S.G with me can sombody tell me the ccc for 6mm t&e buried in walls (i think i remember its 47A ) am i right

46 a is multicore
47a is single core

Table 4D2A is multicore.. ref method C.. 46A
Table 4D5 is Insulated and sheathed flat cable.. ref method C... 47A

Wouldn't T&E fall into both of these?

(single core is another table and is 47A)

No, t&e only falls in to the insulated and sheathed flat cable category, for the very simple reason that it is the insulated and sheathed flat cable that table was written for!
