Discuss D&B on dentist...... in the Commercial Electrical Advice area at ElectriciansForums.net

think last time i went to a dentist was in 1976 when my 1965 filling fell out. it fell out again within 3 months and the stump can still rip a rare sirloin.

When I was on my apprenticeship I'm sure I remember tubing out a dentist in SS conduit.
you sure it was the dentist you tubed and not his sexy female assistant?

X ray equipment for a start.

I do bits of work for a dentist. Whilst there about a year ago I noticed the dedicated stand-up X-ray machine was simply plugged in with a standard plug.

All the dentist's chairs have a built in X-ray too, but not sure about the spec of them. I had a quick glance at one of the CUs and they were all type B breakers in that one. There is at least one other board there also though.

I also do joinery and that was what I was doing there on that particular occasion, so didn't take a lot of notice of the elecs.
