Hi All,

got a barn install to do. We want to put the inverter in another barn near the supply so we are looking at running the DC in SWA.

I've not installed like this before, usually I install the inverters close to the array and send the AC to the cut out.

Its a 20Kw using a sunny boy 17000TL. SMA software says I can run 90m of 6mm DC and more if I wish and this will satisfy the <1% volt drop.

I have 4 strings, 3 x 21 and 1 x 15 using 78 x 255 REC panels.

I want to use 2 x 4 core 6mm SWA to carry the DC and terminate in DC isolators at both end.s

Any problems with this set up?

TIA
