Decent Gromits!

Ok I'm fed up with using rubbish gromits! The last couple of packs I have used always come loose when I pull more than one cable through and its a nightmare!

Anyone know some good brands that are solid and not soft as anything?

I once got some called 'Super Grommets' which were tapered so only went in one way. This was ideal when pulling cables.
