Is there a supplier of dewalt parts, namely the clutch of a 18V SDS dewalt drill.

The rotary stop of my drill must be worn out as the chisel spins with little resistance when it should be straight.
Hammer drilling and non hammer drilling seem to be ok.
I’m hoping I can just replace the innards.

I’ve probably worn it out myself as I’ve had a lot of chasing out to do recently…. But depending on price, I might just buy a new replacement drill.

Just looked at the reviews and they are a bit polarised 5 star or 1 star. Mind you ordered some twin walled ducting from a site the other day that had a few quite a few bad reviews and had no problems whatsoever.

Looking at this site….. Dewalt Dch133nt Cordless Hammer Type 1 Spare Parts SPARE_DCH133NT/TYPE_1 from Spare Parts World - https://www.sparepartsworld.co.uk/product/SPARE_DCH133NT%2FTYPE_1

The spindle parts are around 50 quid…. Can get a new bare bones drill for less than 150.
Might just get a new one.

Will price a bare bones against one with box, battery’s and charger.

I just bought a jigsaw with a battery and charger…. But the box it came in was just a box… no moulded insert or foam.

My dewalt 18V collection is now combi drill/driver, the SDS drill, jigsaw, mini grinder and a multi tool. Total 5 battery’s and 3 chargers. Plus a cheapo led torch that takes dewalt battery’s.

My old boss went to b and q to buy a dewalt drill but got mixed up with stanely cos the boxes look similar , ,it burned out on very first job boring thru about 6 joists .

When I bought the combi, it burst into flames on its first outing drilling through joists. Took it straight back to screwfix for a replacement.
Not a hiccup since. Must have just been a dodgy unit.
