Morning Forum,

i am looking for some help reference the correct wiring for my thermostat i am making a home made incubator. I am a little confused on which way round the cables should go. By the way its 220v.
i will attach the a photo of the thermostat if that helps.

Ok bearing in mind that advice is just advice,I would say live and neutral in go to terminals 3 and 4 temperature monitoring probe to 7 and 8 and switched live to heater goes across 1 and 2 cant read the language though so not sure what max load would be across 1 and 2.Do you not have manual?
 
L and N in on 3 & 4 . sensor on 7 & 8. then 1 & 2 switch. L to 1 and switched L to heater on 2. N direct to heater. do not wire N to terminal 2 or it will go bang.
