Hi,
I have a Dimplex ERC20 heater that's not working.
I tried to open the panel but having removed the wheels I found and removed the 2cover retaining screws but it's held tight at the top and I can't for the life of me release it.
I think it should be a push up and it will come off but it won't budge.
I also tried to remove the control knobs in the event thee a retaining screw there but they don't come off either.
Are there Dimplex electricians / techies on this forum that can advise.
I am electrician that did service repair many moons ago but this has me stumped.
I don't want to damage it as it's not that old.
Any advice would be most welcome.
J.

Hi, Me again,
I found the retaining screw at the top end.
There was a small push on cover over it. Very cleverly done but very difficult to see.
Now for the real work.
Good luck everyone
J.
