That looks like a typical Chinese village set-up!! lol!!!

You'll find far worse than this in and around the Indian sub-continent. It would also be a case of 3.3KV mixed with LV strings. And more tap offs than you've ever seen in your life. ...lol!!! Every year there are numerous fatalities due to guys trying their had at illegal tap-offs, and frying on the 3.3KV....
