UK DIY electric oven selector switch question

Hi, I hope this the correct place for this post.

I've just replaced the selector switch for a kenwood oven as the last one had burnt one of the connectors.

The replacement looks fine but I have one concern. The connector that was melted had a plastic case around it but that is gone now.

From my picture, can you tell me what it is called, what it does and where I'd get a other from please?

The switch is a delonghi 50032 and it's the red cable on connection 5a (top right). The blue cable below has the same plastic cover.

Thanks for that, appreciate the quick answer. Can you tell me what the risk of not having one on that connection is please or how much an engineer would charge to replace the cable?

A cover is often used to provide a level of basic protection against touching live conductors. Here’s one that looks a bit like it - a prudent safety precaution if say a service person had to have the power on with the back off.
