Right ... Just been nudged to set this up by Paul.M and sounds a good idea following recent threads I've done in the Arms..

Of all the crummy things going on in that photo, they could have at least mounted the 2 boxes at the same height side by side.

We had been asked to rectify this, neither enclosure had a cover fitted. They are all but inaccessible I had to lay on my front and crawl in to take the pic, needless to say they are still like it.

Make sure you switch it on before you do.....but wash your hands after.

The tenants have realised that when I replace a damaged 1 gang it gets replaced by a 2 gang, seems to be a lot of them getting damaged recently in this building.
