Make sure you constantly cheak the ouil and service 6 months
Real bad engine and oil burners.
Also ‘Timing Belt/Strap thing’
I lost 2x Citroen Berlingo’s…
First one, was taking the trade sellers word that it had been changed and done.
The Second, letting an apprentice take the vehicle home at night and use for the weekend..! Wrong Move (without tracker).

My first berlingo died of a snapped handbrake cable…. Rolled downhill into a parked lorry trailer.
Sold the second one back to the garage I bought it from after getting the VW T5 tranny I’ve got now.
I thought they were good little vans… but the near-horizontal cup holders were a strange design choice…. The ones just below the air vents.

Oddly enough the few guys I know who drive older Berlingos never seem to have any problems.
Are you sure they still actually drive and did you look for the Flintstone holes in the footwell
